In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our associates and guests are a top priority. We are taking precautionary steps during this situation to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment at the Emerald Beach Hotel.
FACE MASK ARE MANDATORY WHILE ON HOTEL PREMISES, PER CITY ORDINANCE
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL
- High-touch areas, such as entry doors, door handles, elevator buttons and remote controls, are disinfected and cleaned with a higher frequency.
- All associates will have their temperature taken when they arrive to work each day. Associates will wear masks.
- You will find distancing floor markers in our lobby, by the elevators and in our bars, as well as signs reminding our guests and team members to keep a distance.
- Clear protective screens have been placed throughout the hotel where regular interaction with hotel associates occurs, such as the front desk and bar area.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR STAY

- Fitness Center
- Gaming Area
- Sandpiper Restaurant
- Shuttle Service
- Kokomo's Outdoor Bar
- Hot Tub
No Glass or Grills are permitted on beach or hotel property.
Although the hotel is directly on the beach, the beach is public. We ask that you please follow city and state recommended safety guidelines.
Pool seating has been properly spaced or taken out of use to adhere to social distancing requirements. Limited occupancy is required. (subject to availability there will be a 1-hour time limit).
To minimize contact, we are no longer providing daily housekeeping in guestrooms. If additional items are needed, please contact the Front Desk. Your requested items will be left outside your guestroom door.
Certain amenities such as trays, pens, note pads and information material have been removed from your guestroom for your safety.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
We have limited the numbers of seats in our bars, with Grab & Go meal items available.
We are asking our guests to limit elevator capacity to 1 family per elevator.
